The woman in this poem fits right in with the Proverbs 31 woman, doesn't she? :LOLTamnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9153308850971363556.post-24083248592034298282010-04-27T01:48:26.000-07:002010-04-27T01:48:26.000-07:00Thank you! I've been really struggling with this role as my vision was more like yours - determined that the title "pastor's wife" would not define me - but I've run into so many people who want me to fit into the mold of that poem. I no longer feel like I am completely wrong.Karennoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9153308850971363556.post-38339045704583891012010-05-01T15:08:28.000-07:002010-05-01T15:08:28.000-07:00I so enjoyed that. But, you have a right to be whatever you wish to be... even Wrong! I am a pastor's kid...and I could rant a LOT about my lot in life...but I'll save it. BTW...did I give you permission to print my poem here? I'm just asking....<br>Judy DycusJudy Dycusnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9153308850971363556.post-23653299339130382722010-08-28T02:29:57.000-07:002010-08-28T02:29:57.000-07:00You nailed it with this blog. Now after 20 years of ministry I am considering leaving for the health of my marriage and the sanity of my wife. These very people pastor's sacrifice for will be the same ones who hurl insults and spread rumors if you fail to stroke their ego. This isn't the New Testament Church...this is lunacy! I just wish I had known this 20 years ago.FRednoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9153308850971363556.post-38026861118160798372011-01-02T03:21:57.000-08:002011-01-02T03:21:57.000-08:00[...] The busiest day of the year was May 10th wit...[...] The busiest day of the year was May 10th with 71 views.
